Every vehicle manufactured and provided by Ford Global Fleet Solutions comes standard with a Ford Motor Company New Vehicle Limited Warranty. From base-level vehicles to customizations, it is important to fully understand your warranty and the services you are entitled to as a customer of FGFS.

New Vehicle Limited Warranty

Ford Fleet vehicles are entitled to a 60,000 kilometers/36,000 mile 3-year Bumper-to-bumper warranty. This means that the measurement that occurs first within your 3-year period will determine the length of your coverage. Your bumper-to-bumper coverage will last for the full three-year period unless you drive in excess of 60,000 km/36,000 mi before the three-year term expires. In this case, your coverage will end at 60,000km/36,000 mi.

Fleet Modifications Warranty

All vehicles with modifications provided by Ford Global Fleet Sales will include a 1 year or 20,000km warranty. The warranty will expire at the end of 365 days unless the 20,000km has been reached first. In this case, the coverage will end at 20,000 km.
