Fleet Maintenance Training Program

Training is a crucial component of the FGFS fleet maintenance program. Without a well-developed training program, your team members on the field may lack the effective tools and skills needed to ensure safe, reliable, and mission-critical automotive technology.

The FGFS training program is intentionally designed to empower your ground team to act quickly and efficiently with the knowledge that they need to solve the issue at hand. Our team is dedicated to aiding customers in getting the most out of their vehicles and equipment.

Training occurs in two capacities.

Technicians are trained to service fleet vehicles with the latest cutting-edge vehicle technology.

Fleet drivers are trained to comprehensively operate fleet vehicles in the safest, most efficient, and eco-friendly manner, promoting peak performance and cost savings.

Customized Training Courses

In order to provide best-in-class service and support, our experts provide rigorous training developed by our engineering specialists. Decades of experience with Ford vehicles has empowered our internal team to create comprehensive customized training programs.

Professionals reaching senior-level training curriculum utilize state-of-the-art techniques and equipment to meet the highest standards of Ford products. Ford Global Fleet Sales utilizes proprietary tools including simulators, providing hands-on experience in testing and diagnostics.

Trainees will diagnose all electric, mechanical, and computerized components, such as switches, sensors, relays, and modules.

Training Course List

Ford Global Fleet Sales offers RMA Group comprehensive training courses including:

Basic Technician – Automotive Fundamentals
Level 1 – Electrical Specialist
Level 2 – Electrical & Engine Specialist
Level 3 – Electrical, Powertrain & Drivetrain Specialist
Level 4 – Electrical, Powertrain, Drivetrain & Chassis Specialist

Course Duration & Schedule

Intensive training courses will be held 5 days per week for 3 to 4 weeks depending on the specific curriculum. Training also includes one-day seminars for operator and driver courses.

Ford Global Fleet Sales training also includes a Service Apprenticeship Program resulting in a service certification diploma for the skill levels achieved. This certification is especially beneficial for the organization, providing training for fleet maintenance employees and setting them up for future success.

Training Locations

Oftentimes your team members will be trained at our state-of-the-art Training Center located in Thailand. However, if you are unable to train on-site, our professionals can come to you. FGFS provides air-conditioned mobile units where training can be facilitated on-site. These portable units can be easily shipped to your location.
